![]() Since Ezekiel was born, he started being a "Picky eater". He never wanted my breastmilk, this made me so sad because I'm sure it's the healthier option for your baby, but this is not the point... Today, I will give you my personal tips to deal with your picky eater! 1- Think small: That means to not over charge your kid plate, the fact is that Ezekiel finds it discouraging when he has too much in his plate. 2- Make meal time fun: When we eat all together, I truly see a big difference, Ezekiel enjoys more the meal time! 3- Reward!: When Ezekiel finishes one bite I love to applause him, this makes him so proud of him and instantly he will take another bite ;)! 4- Mix ingredients: For example, Ezekiel LOVE eggs, as you can see I did incorporated organic chicken in his eggs! So that way, he has more good will to try the chicken... This is a simple trick but to consider doing. 5- Keep away toys close! 6- Incorporate one new aliment each 2 days, subtly by mixing it to another favorite food. 7- Snacks often, it's very important to make their snacks healthy ! So if they decide to stop eating for the rest of the day, at least they ate good food for their little body! 8- BE PATIENT! Hopefuly those tips will help you! Please keep in ming that they are my very own tips, and I'm not a Doctor! ;) Thanks for stopping by! Pretty flowers from Fleurs Illico |
