     Good Morning my friends! Today, I'm sharing a special post right on time before summer! I love all beauty related stuff but what about INNER BEAUTY! Beauty starts from inside we all know that and that's why it's really important to eat your greens and eat as healthy as possible. Don't get me wrong, I love to have some cheat meals once in a wile ;) But, as a young mom I really want to give my body the best, so I will share with you a little "secret" that I discovered... When I make myself a smoothie, I love to add some extras, like chia seeds, antioxidant powder etc... But what about adding marine collagen powder to give our hair, nails and skin a luxury treat! Adding Vida Glow Marine Collagen Powder to my meals or drinks is my new thing! Here is a super simple smoothie recipe I really enjoy! You will need: 4-5 Ice cubes 1 banana 1 cup of strawberries 1 cup of raspberries 1 pouch of Vida Glow (Flavour of your choice) this day mine was the Peach one You can also add chia seeds or antioxidant powder if desired! Also, another "tip"...
